5月31日，光银国际作为联席账簿管理人成功助力合肥市产业投资控股（集团）有限公司（“合肥产投”，与其子公司统称“集团”）于香港定价3年期5亿美元高级无抵押债券。发行人主体评级为惠誉BBB，展望稳定。债项评级亦为惠誉BBB。债券将于香港交易所上市。
合肥产投成立于2015年，是一家针对合肥产业升级的投融资平台。集团是合肥市政府指定的国有资产管理、产业升级和经济发展战略实施单位。集团聚焦有显著增长潜力的行业，努力提升所管理国有资产价值，响应合肥市政府产业升级，实现经济可持续发展。
合肥产投精准抓住市场回暖的窗口定价本次债券，创安徽省国企最大美元债发行规模。得益于强劲的账簿动能（最终价格指引时账簿超过18.5亿美元），债券收益率由初始价格指引大幅收窄40个基点。在光大银行合肥分行的大力支持下，光银国际助力合肥产投成功定价此次美元债券，为合肥产投在国际资本市场上获得了更多的投资人认可。以此为契机，光银国际将加大与光大银行合肥分行的合作力度，加强业务的联动及协同，未来争取在多层次的业务上实现多元化的合作。
On 31 May, Hefei Industry Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Hefei Industry Investment”, together with its subsidiaries the “Group”) successfully priced its US$500 million 3-year senior fixed rate notes (the “Notes”). CEBI acted as Joint Bookrunner in the transaction. The Group is rated BBB by Fitch, stable outlook. The issue rating is BBB by Fitch. The Notes will be listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Established in 2015, Hefei Industry Investment is an investment and financing platform targeting to promote industry upgrading in Hefei. It is the designated entity tasked to manage state-owned assets and to implement the Hefei Municipal Government’s industry upgrade and economic development strategies. By focusing on the industries with significant growth potential, the Group endeavors to increase the value of the state-owned assets under its management and to respond to the Hefei Municipal Government’s industry upgrade to achieve sustainable economic development.
The market is coming back in these two weeks, Hefei Industry Investment priced the deal successfully, making it the largest USD bond issue size of SOE in Anhui Province. Leveraging the strong book momentum, book size over US$1.85 billion at FPG, yields on the Notes tightened sharply by 40bps from the IPG. With unreserved support of the China Everbright Bank Hefei Branch (“CEB Hefei Branch”), CEBI helped the Group to price this deal successfully. This will strengthen the business partnership between CEB Hefei Branch and CEBI and will enhance our future cooperation in fighting for various business expansion.
